We push the performance of ceramic tools higher.
The precise definition of the cutting edge is essential for obtaining constant performance during the chip removal operations. Ceramic tools, with different chemical compositions, are establishing themselves on the market in the non-ferrous materials processing and, if used on very rigid machine tools, without vibrations or bending, they guarantee a much longer tool life than hard metal tools.

But the research doesn't stop! Therefore, we were urged to give our contribution to further increase performance both in terms of durability and improvement of the finishing of the processed piece. So, we coated the tools with the patented Dropless® 7000 technology, obtaining an increase of hardness up to 7000 HV and a reduction of the friction coefficient.
