Profile Measuring System FL
The core element of the unit is the by Kunz precision AG developed vacuum air bearing measuring slide.
This ensures air storage stabilities of a few nanometres. An optimum design and management of the decoupled motorized drive enables high accuracies. With the software T-soft-FL the measurement is controlled, analysed and graphed. With the appropriate accessories, the accuracy of the device can always be checked and recalibrated by the operator.
