Our project managers and designers have many years of experience in the field of materials and production processes. Depending on the industry and product application, different requirements are placed on material properties, surface finish, protection class or the interaction of components. As a customer, you receive suggestions for production optimisation or alternative technologies and materials at the quotation stage already. The already proven implementation of projects with customers makes it easier for us to quickly understand your specific requirements and problems and to meet your needs.

We have access to 60 global Phoenix Mecano production sites. Among others, in India, China, Eastern Europe and Germany. Depending on your requirements, we will determine with you the production location for toolmaking and raw parts procurement. The presence directly on site protects us from the typical surprises that can often occur when sourcing parts directly from the Far East. Variant production, delicate processes such as surface treatment, finishing and assembly are always carried out in Switzerland. Our one-piece flow production reduces stock quantities to a minimum and individual product variants can be produced at short notice.
