Lebronze alloys acquires the business of Bolton Metals, Ltd
Lebronze alloys announces today the acquisition of all the activities of Bolton Metals. This transaction forms part of our Group’s growth strategy through acquisitions and innovation. With this operation, Lebronze alloys Group reaches a turnover of €250m (2017 pro forma) with 1350 employees worldwide.
Bolton Metals, based in Ipswich, UK, is a renowned world leader in the production of copper based alloys for demanding industries like aerospace and oil & gas.
Lebronze alloys specializes in the design, production and distribution of high performance metallic semi-products and components for a variety of equipment markets.
This unique combination of technological, industrial, logistic and commercial capabilities will bring value to our customers and business partners through the widest product range in the copper alloy market, a secure and responsive integrated supply chain, and the ability to propose customized and innovative high performance solutions.
In practical terms, the business of Bolton is directly merged within Lebronze alloys UK, fully owned subsidiary of Lebronze alloys Group.
