Proportional spool valve with integrated electronics for larger volume flows

The spool valve is pilot operated by a new proportional pressure reducing valve. The main control spool can thus be controlled very precisely with a low hysteresis.
The integrated electronics turns the valve into a compact actuation unit with a direct connection to a superordinated control system. The valve can be operated up to a volume flow of 200 l/min and a pressure of up to 350 bar.

The nominal flow at a pressure drop of 10 bar is 90 l/min and can be sensitively controlled by a variable solenoid current. It is perfectly suitable for demanding applications, due to its high resolution, high volume flow and low hysteresis. The pilot operated valve is used where high volume flows have to be controlled. Thanks to the large flow range and the high stiffness of the actuation as a result of the pilot control, this valve is suitable for applications where fast acceleration and deceleration processes, high speeds and sensitive motion sequences are required.
