Screw connections are often exposed to different vibrations and impacts, which can lead the connecting elements to detach. With conventional screw connections, the forces on the thread are absorbed over surfaces with the flank diameter. This leads to the effect that the initial threads have to take up significantly more load and the system is loaded unequal. With Safelock, the contact zone is reduced to a minimum and a spiral transmission of the connecting forces is made possible.
