While the global industry was expecting a bright year 2020, a tiny virus reduced all hopes to zero, plunging companies into a situation they hadn't experienced for decades. We will probably never know for sure whether the measures taken to fight this pandemic were right, excessive or, on the contrary, too modest, taken too late, and so on. In any case, companies had no choice but to adapt, sometimes painfully, to this unprecedented situation. Convinced that the vast majority of companies will be able to show their resilience, we have chosen for this last Eurotec issue of the year in a special format to get off the usual paths of pure technique by asking their managers to share their experiences, their fears and above all their hopes.
