1. The Ramp:

The chip breaker shape is ideal for chip management in difficult materials. The geometry is offset to achieve a greater wall height. Adjusting the cutting height is important.

2. Grades K10 & K20:

Our micro-grain grades, adapted to the latest coating innovations, are highly wear-resistant in this geometry. They are also often used without coating in certain non-ferrous materials.

3. Various Sizes:

This geometry is available for both left-hand and right-hand applications, as well as in two different insert sizes, thereby expanding the numerous usage possibilities.

4. Rigid clamping system:

The famous Applitec twin-screw system with shifted teeth for optimum rigidity in all conditions.
