Sales & Marketing Intern (H/F)

Vos missions

Marketing, and IT teams

· Update and enrich the customer database

· Create customer dashboards and implement performance indicators

· Prepare reports

· Analyze purchasing/order behavior and perform customer segmentation

· Monitor competitors’ CRM practices

· Support the implementation of CRM campaigns

 

Digital / Marketing

· Manage social media communities

· Monitor and update website content

· Provide recommendations to improve customer engagement and commercial performance on social media

· Assist in preparing press reviews and press clippings

· Support content creation

 

Sales

· Assist with preparation and verification of sales data

· Support the sales team (welcoming visitors to the manufacture, assisting during trade fairs and events)

· Contribute to departmental improvement projects

 

Vos compétences

· Business school or university student (Master’s level)

· Strong command of digital tools and ideally CRM systems

· Excellent knowledge of social media and their use

· Fluent in French and English (a third language is a plus)

· Analytical mindset, comfortable with numbers, and attention to detail

· Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit
