Polyval offers tailor-made solutions in the field of mechanics and spring manufacturing, backed by long-standing expertise and know-how.
Mechanics: Multi-task subcontracting with full control of the production chain for small and medium series of mechanical parts — from CNC machining to final product assembly, including electrical and electronic wiring and stamping on presses ranging from 6 to 80 tons.
Springs: Project design and manufacturing of custom-made springs or standardized series, with a complete range from micro-springs to standard springs (wire-formed parts with variable geometries, leaf springs).
