Tables with reciprocating movement

The assembly tables with reciprocating movement rotate on the horizontal plane. They are used to equip semi-automatic or automatic loading stations.
Incorporated fine pitch stop screws made of hardenedsteel guarantee absolute precision.

The shaft is mounted on preloaded ball-bearings. Its reciprocating rotation is pneumatically controlled by a rack and pinion mechanism. A hydraulic shock absorber incorporated into the rack neutralises jarring at the end of the rotation. The rotation speeds are adjusted independently by flow regulators mounted directly on the unit.
