MX diamond: For efficient machining of aluminum
With MX diamond, URMA offers a modular milling tool for non-ferrous metal machining.
Thanks to the large number of PCD cutting edges, this shoulder and face milling cutter is ideally suited for machining aluminium and non-ferrous metals in high volumes.
The MX interchangeable head system makes it easy to change blades directly on the machine – without additional readjustment. Compared to conventional products, the one-time configuration of the axial run-out is reduced to a minimum. This high-precision axial run-out guarantees a perfect surface finish, even with high tooth feed. This extends service life and significantly improves process reliability.
