Standard Profile Wipers – Available from Stock

At Lestoprex, we maintain a large stock of standard profile wipers in Switzerland. Stock profiles can be shipped within one working day.

Our wipers are designed primarily for machine tool applications, but we also offer solutions for individual requirements.


Technical details:

  • Lip material: Synthetic rubber (NBR, FPM/VITON®)
  • Excellent mechanical properties
  • High wear resistance
  • Short-term temperature resistance up to 140 °C, continuous up to 100 °C
  • Resistant to mineral oils and coolants
  • Excellent hydrolysis and microorganism resistance
  • Corrosion protection

Design features:

  • Easily replaceable wiper lips
  • 90° corner pieces without mitre cut or bonding
  • Countersunk screw heads, no elongated holes required
  • Rear seal prevents coolant backflow
  • CrNi stainless steel carrier for high stability and durability

Delivery form:

  • Standard wipers available from stock (500 mm / 800 mm)
  • Special lengths up to 3'000 mm on request
  • Ready-to-install wipers produced to your drawing or sketch
