MTP System – Modular
The patented modular system that adapts to a wide variety of parts and specific inspection requirements.
The modular MTP system offers great flexibility for simple or combined positioning of parts to be measured, thanks to a variety of interchangeable supports. These supports can be mounted on several base frame variants offering various adjustment functions:
Examples of available and combinable part supports:
- Standard metallic V-profile blades (0.5 mm metal or 1–2 mm plastic)
- Fine metallic V-profile blades (0.05 mm)
- Blocks for holding pins or shafts: static, tiltable or rotatable
- Between-centers blocks: pointed, concave, magnetic or custom-made — static or rotatable
- Simple glass or sapphire blocks: static or tiltable
- Solutions for alignment, clamping, gripping and orientation of positioned parts
Multiple configurations can be combined as needed.
