ecoPRESS is the modularly configurable and easily integrable servo press solution for pressing forces from 0.3 to 14 kN. Energy-efficient, compact, and surprisingly cost-effective, it offers excellent value for money with full cost control thanks to optimized hardware and software.

The ecoPRESS is ideal for assembly and joining processes with integrated quality assurance, as well as for testing applications in production lines and at workstations. High positioning accuracy, precisely definable pressing force, and short cycle times enable stable and reproducible processes.

The press package reduces project risks and planning effort to a minimum and includes:
Analysis and design, including service life verification based on customer requirements
Creation and parameterization of the software, including HMI visualization or fieldbus connection
Pre-assembled press module with control system (without control cabinet)
On-site commissioning, including brief training

Fully electric, compact, quiet, low-maintenance, and highly energy-efficient
Seven sizes from 0.3 to 14 kN pressing force
Two very compact ecoPRESS mini variants with 0.3 and 0.6 kN
Full rated force in tension and compression (bidirectional)
Up to 60–80 cycles per minute thanks to high ram speed
No force overshoot thanks to fast task control in a 500 µs cycle
