Since April 2025, LNS customers have had access to a dedicated service and spare parts specialist, available 24/7 in their own language.
She is capable of handling dozens of conversations simultaneously and currently responds to more than 500 requests per month. In case of any issues, customers can reach her via web, the LNS app, and soon also through WhatsApp and by phone. We spoke with her manager, Philipp Saurer, Project Lead and Chief Digital and Strategic Project Officer, as well as Carla Di Antonio, Marketing Group Lead.
