Release Unit DIN/DOUT 24V
An electrically operated bar stops containers and other small load carriers (SLCs) on a roller conveyor and releases them for onward movement on demand.
Integrated control logic takes care of release and separation processes in material supply operations independently. An integrated optical sensor monitors the handover of materials and identifies whether the release process has been executed correctly.
To set the parameters of Release Unit DIN/DOUT 24V, all you need is a WLAN-capable device so that you can run its web interface. Besides allowing you to adjust settings for input and output signals, this interface also provides a graphical overview of your process.
There are two pre-defined operating modes to choose from.
