Optimut : Reshaping automation

The Optimut is our newly developed, self-centering pneumatic vice, specially designed for robot-assisted 5-axis milling machines. With an extremely compact diameter of just 200 mm, it combines high clamping force (up to 1 ton) with precision, oﬀering a repeatability of ±0.01 mm.

Thanks to its large selection of fast and easily interchangeable jaws and wide clamping range, the Optimut stands out for its high flexibility. It is designed for integration into automated production cells and is fully compatible with rotary tables, even in turning operations, for a reliable, unrestricted process application.

The Optimut is not only suitable for use in automated manufacturing, it sets new standards in clamping technology.
