Pricing and Supplier Coordinator (80–100%)

BIBUS HYDRAULIK AG, a renowned Swiss industrial company, is recognised as a leading system integrator in the fields of engineering, trading and services for hydraulic system solutions in both the mobile and industrial market segments. As a full-service provider, we develop customised solutions for our customers and lead them towards the future through the integration of electrified systems and the development of our own control software.


To strengthen our existing team, we are looking for a responsible and independent Pricing and Supplier Coordinator (80–100%) to join us immediately or by agreement.


Your responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update purchase and sales prices in the ERP system based on supplier conditions, market developments and internal pricing guidelines
  • Manage and continuously update the internal pricing policy
  • Develop, maintain and implement a consistent pricing strategy aligned with market conditions and company objectives
  • Monitor price adjustments and analyse their impact on margins, competitiveness and profitability
  • Interface and communication management: close coordination with management, sales and other internal departments to ensure transparent communication and implementation of price changes
  • Prepare pricing analyses, decision-making bases and regular reports for management
  • Supplier and commercial terms management: support existing suppliers and, where appropriate, develop new partnerships. Negotiate prices, terms and contractual frameworks. Central contact person for all pricing and commercial terms related questions, internally and externally


Your profile:

  • Completed commercial or technical training, ideally with a focus on purchasing, business administration or supply chain
  • Experience in pricing management, purchasing or sales, ideally in a technical environment
  • Confident use of ERP systems as well as strong analytical and Excel skills (for example calculations, evaluations, pivot tables, formulas)
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of internal and external negotiations
  • Systematic, analytical and solution-oriented working style with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Strong affinity for numbers, reliability and personal responsibility
  • Languages: German and English spoken and written, French and Italian are an advantage
  • Experience with MS Dynamics 365 is an advantage
  • Communicative, team-oriented and loyal personality with strong negotiation skills
