Live from the SIAMS laboratory...
There is always something in development at the SIAMS laboratory. (However, this illustrative image has nothing to do with reality (except for the hoodie).)
What's new in the SIAMS innovation labs?
Here's a sneak preview of what's in the pipeline 😉😁.
The tutorials
We are working on updating all the tutorials that enable all our exhibitors to go further with SIAMS (before, during and after) and maximise their return on investment. The new spider's web of the SIAMS galaxy will be unveiled shortly.
An interactive PDF with dozens of links to online resources, the SIAMS galaxy of possibilities is designed to help exhibitors make the most of their participation in the show. It's well worth a look. (This image is in French, but the SIAMS Galaxie for download will be available in French and German (unfortunately not in English).)
We're breaking everything (nooooo, just a little)
We've started work at the Forum de l'Arc to open up a passageway between the upper hall and the old building (with access to the new toilets and new washroom).
Image of the work: the staircase leading up to the large hall at the top from where the photo was taken (1.2) and the new platform leading to the FAJI office floor (yes, we knocked down the wall). This will slightly alter the flow of traffic, and we estimate that there will be fewer bottlenecks. In addition, hall 1.2 will now be much more easily accessible to people with reduced mobility (yes, we have also changed the lift).
The same view from the other side. View of the new platform with the future staircase on the right and the future facility for people with reduced mobility on the left.
Arrival on the floor where FAJI's offices are located. Expansion of the available space (new slab above the stairs) and construction of new toilets and a dishwashing room.
We are adding three women's toilets, one disabled toilet and rebuilding the men's toilets and urinals.
The technical room will be able to accommodate two dishwashers during events (and a picture with a circular saw is always interesting 😁).
The show is still fully booked
We have received a few cancellations 😕 and have been able to make up for them using the waiting list. Sorry to those companies who decided not to join us in 2026... and welcome to the newcomers!
