ABB opens Autonomous Mobile Robotics training and showroom facility
ABB Robotics has opened a new training and showroom facility for its Autonomous Mobile Robotics product line (AMRs) in Madrid, Spain.
Designed to meet the growing demand for skilled professionals in the rapidly expanding AMR market, the center offers a learning environment and platform for showcasing ABB’s advanced AMR technology to customers, partners, and employees.
“With enhanced capabilities enabled by AI and 3D vision technology, AMRs are revolutionizing logistics and manufacturing by enhancing efficiency, boosting flexibility, and improving safety. As demand for AMRs continues to grow, there will also be a need for more skilled people who can program, operate, and maintain them,” said Marc Segura, President, ABB Robotics. “ABB’s AMR Center will address this by providing in-depth training that will enable companies to upskill their employees to work with our AMRs and software.”
