A look back at the 2024 edition of SIAMS through visitor statistics.
With 14,208 visitors, the exhibition covering the entire microtechnology production chain was full (with numbers only slightly down on the record set in 2022).
The range of products, services and solutions on show matched the interests expressed by visitors.
The attendance figures for 2024 are fairly similar to those for 2022. Only the "male-female" breakdown shows a significant change, with the presence of women dropping from 27% to 15%. The Show is also only slightly more international than the previous edition. When asked about this, exhibitors said they were very satisfied with the geographical spread of visitors.
Visitors to the show are clearly drawn from the region's traditional areas of activity. They are mainly decision-makers and/or involved in purchasing decisions.
