Ifanger is pleased to announce the launch of its new brand, Ifanger Swiss-DrillCut. This specially developed product line includes high-precision pilot drills, centering drills, and drills for the most demanding applications in micromechanics.

The perfect complement to Swiss-MicroTurn

Ifanger Swiss-DrillCut tools have been developed as the perfect complement to our proven Swiss-MicroTurn internal turning tools. This combination enables complete machining cycles on automatic Swiss-type turning machines:

Drilling with centering drills
Pre-drilling with pilot drills
Finishing drilling with high-performance drills
Internal machining with Swiss-MicroTurn tools

Specialization in drilling of small diameters

Particularly noteworthy is the suitability for deep drilling operations with the smallest diameters. The Swiss-DrillCut series enables:

Precise drilling from Ø 0.20 mm
Drilling depths up to 18xD, some versions up to 50xD.
Reliable machining of difficult-to-cut materials
Minimal tolerances even with longer tools

Ifanger Swiss-DrillCut tools are specially designed for use on the following machine types:

Swiss-type automatic lathes
CNC turning centers with counter spindle
Drilling centers for precision applications
Machining centers with deep drilling capacity

P01-P03: Free-cutting steels, case-hardening steels, heat-treatable steels
