Technical machining of hard materials - Powder metallurgy industry and technical sintered parts
Since 1982, the company Polis Precis is involved in the manufacturing of tools for the Powder metallurgy industry.
We produce powder compacting tools, injection molds type: MIM (Metal Injection Moulding) and CIM (Ceramic injection moulding) and extrusion dies.
From the 3D drawings of the piece before or after sintering, we are able to bring our advices and to produce a complete powder press tool with polishing and fitting of all the active parts. We take care also about the repairs, we can resize and cut the tools again.
