Gear Components in Metal Injection Molding (MIM)
At maxon, we develop and manufacture high-precision, high-performance drive solutions where every component matters. Our gear components are produced using a modern Metal Injection Molding (MIM) process, which enables complex geometries to be manufactured economically and with high repeatability. Through consistent process control and post-processing, we achieve tight tolerances and excellent surface finishes that meet the demanding requirements of medical technology and aerospace applications.
With annual production capacities well exceeding 1,000,000 parts, we support our customers from the prototype phase through to full-scale series production.
