302 Mi-CNC W25 with Robot
The machine’s versatility and ultra-compact design, combined with its robotic cell, enable the 302 Mi-CNC to achieve optimal productivity for both small and large production runs.
Its headstock, developed and assembled at our facility in Bévilard, is equipped with an integrated 8,000 [rpm] motor and guarantees runout values of less than 0.3 [microns]. A peripheral cooling system can be added to enhance its thermal stability during continuous operation.
A 12-position tool turret, 6 of which are driven up to 6,000 rpm, is available as an option as an alternative to the version using linear tools.
Designed and engineered for automated workpiece handling, the integration of the 6-axis robot onto the machine frame enables remarkable compliance during workpiece loading.
During the trade show, the machine-robot combination will demonstrate the handling and machining of a watch case, a powerful demonstration illustrating the precision and dynamic qualities of all axes.
