Sales Manager Field Sales (80–100%) (m/f/d)
BIBUS HYDRAULIK AG, a renowned Swiss industrial company, is recognised as a leading system integrator in the fields of engineering, trading and services for hydraulic system solutions in both the mobile and industrial market segments. As a full-service provider, we develop customised solutions for our customers and lead them towards the future through the integration of electrified systems and the development of our own control software.
To strengthen our existing team, we are looking for a skilled, reliable and committed Sales Manager Field Sales 80–100% (m/f/d) to join us immediately or by agreement.
Your responsibilities:
- Actively manage and develop a large, well-established existing customer base while acquiring new customers
- Expand the assigned sales territory in Western Switzerland
- Identify customer needs for solutions and components, prepare quotations, conduct contract negotiations and manage individual projects through to completion
- Recognise market trends and competitor developments
- Gather information from OEMs, customers and prospects
- Commercial support and management of assigned manufacturing partners and suppliers
- Active communication and cooperation with internal departments such as engineering, purchasing, production, assembly and others
- Contribute to the development of product and market strategies
Your profile:
- Completed technical vocational training, with strong experience in hydraulics
- Sales experience in the DACH market is desirable
- Candidates with a sales-oriented mindset and a hydraulics background (for example internal technical sales/support) who would like to move into field sales are also welcome
- Knowledge and sales experience in sectors such as industrial hydraulics, mobile hydraulics or similar, including relevant product suppliers, are required
- A sales-driven personality as a front runner, with passion, independent working style and organisational talent
- Sales territory covers Western Switzerland including the French-speaking region
- Languages: French and German spoken and written, English is an advantage
- Home office and a decentralised place of residence (region Oberaargau, Biel, Fribourg) are possible
- A company car and mobile devices (notebook, mobile phone, etc.) are naturally provided. The company car may also be used privately.
