With the new 5‑axis machining center, ATP Hydraulik expands its production capabilities, especially for complex valve and control blocks. The machine is ideal when components need to be machined precisely from multiple sides in a single process, particularly where high accuracy and repeatable quality are crucial.
Thanks to 5‑axis machining, workpieces can be produced with significantly fewer setups. This results in higher precision, shorter throughput times, and a considerable increase in process reliability. At the same time, the machine enables more compact hydraulic block geometries, as angled drillings and demanding channel designs can be manufactured efficiently and cleanly.
