"S" inner thread profile?
Several processes exist for producing internal threads. However, the choice becomes limited when dealing with very small dimensions or special profiles.
Even though our Swiss-MicroTurn MTGE or MTGW cover metric and Whitworth dimensions as standard, we also supply threading cutters for trapezoidal, round or buttress threads.
For the watch industry, Ifanger has already produced threading cutters on request for profiles starting from S0.6. In recent years, we have covered dimensions between S0.6 and S1.2, both in standard configuration and in left-hand cutting.
