S19-15V Rotary Transfer Machine
Designed for a wide range of applications, the S19-15V is engineered to deliver flawless precision throughout the entire manufacturing process. The direct-drive C-axis enables diamond chamfering operations on watch components.
The S19-15V features 15 stations arranged around the table: 12 in the machining zone and 3 external stations within the operator’s reach. However, the S19-15V can be configured with a minimum of 6 machining stations. The 3-axis units of the machining stations are driven by FANUC motors via satellite roller screws. A selection of spindles optimized for either high torque or high rotational speeds completes the machining equipment. The angular positioning of the rotary table is ensured by HIRT gearing.
To make the machine even more autonomous, it can be equipped with an automated robotic tool changer.
