Technical Project Manager Hydraulics (100%)

BIBUS HYDRAULIK AG, a renowned Swiss industrial company, is recognised as a leading system integrator in the fields of engineering, trading and services for hydraulic system solutions in both the mobile and industrial market segments. As a full-service provider, we develop customised solutions for our customers and lead them towards the future through the integration of electrified systems and the development of our own control software.


To strengthen our existing team, we are looking for a skilled, reliable and committed Technical Project Manager Hydraulics (100%) to join us immediately or by agreement.


Your responsibilities:

  • Develop technical solutions for hydraulic systems together with customers
  • Prepare technical concepts and hand them over to engineering for detailed design
  • Manage projects from the initial idea through implementation to series production readiness
  • Provide technical customer support and direct supplier coordination
  • Actively support and collaborate with project managers, sales, service and assembly teams


Your profile:

  • Completed technical vocational training, preferably as an agricultural or construction machinery mechanic
  • Further education as a technician HF, FH or equivalent is an advantage
  • Experience in developing technical solutions in the field of hydraulics
  • Technical understanding combined with a creative mindset
  • Willingness to travel approximately 40 to 60%
  • Good IT user skills and sound knowledge of common Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • ERP knowledge, MS AXAPTA / D365 is an advantage
  • Languages: German and English spoken and written, French is an advantage
  • Home office and a decentralised place of residence are possible
  • Reliable, independent and precise working style
