Tutorial: Create an account for your colleagues at the SIAMS stand

Recording your visits to the stand couldn't be easier! The image shows a humanoid robot scanning a visitor's ticket.
(This was still quite new at the time the photo was taken, which is why many SIAMS visitors seem to be watching the scene.)

At SIAMS 2026, you will once again be able to scan your visitors' tickets.

You asked us to create a special login for users, and we have done so on the new platform (and it's even better than on the old one ;o).

Here's how to create a ‘collaborator’ account for people on the stand

Then select ‘New’.

Fill in the required fields. With the new platform, you can choose the roles and options assigned to each person:

Publishing news
Publishing job offers
Scanning and/or filling in visit reports on the stand

(Simply tick the desired boxes.)

Your designated employees will then receive an email with a link to confirm their email address and create a password. They will then be able to perform operations according to their assigned roles.

Once the password has been created, your colleagues can log in to the system. They are identified in the top right-hand corner and the left-hand side of the screen shows their ‘access rights’ to the various options (depending on assigned roles).

If you wish to use this system to record visits to your stand, we recommend that you test it before SIAMS.
