We have been specializing in microdrilling of between 0.15 and 3.00 mm diameter for over 40 years now
Zwahlen produces a wide range of components for the watch manufacturing industry: cannon pinions, sliding pinions, setting wheels, spindles for small second wheels and third wheels, minute and hour wheels, center tubes or studs.
And it does so using AP 600 steel, 4C27A, nickel silver, copper-beryllium, brass or inox. – Small- and large-scale series production can also be undertaken.
Our company offers a wide selection of different production processes, to optimally meet the needs of customers.
All completed series are subjected to in-house quality checks using state-of-the-art equipment. And this, together with its check records and its sound and reliable logistics, ensures that every Zwahlen product meets the highest precision and quality standards.
