Field service/office staff with technical support (m/f)

As part of our expansion, we are looking for a versatile sales representative to strengthen our presence in the Biel region and support our industrial customers.
Your responsibilities
The division of responsibilities is intended as a guide and can be adapted to your profile as required:
ā¢ Field sales ā approx. 40%
o Acquiring new customers and expanding the customer base
o Supporting and maintaining existing customers
o On-site customer visits and technical consulting
ā¢ Internal sales ā approx. 30%
o Providing customer advice by telephone and in writing
o Preparing and tracking quotations and orders
o Coordinating with the internal team
ā¢ Technical support ā approx. 30%
o Providing initial technical support for customers
o Assisting with the selection of electrical components and suitable solutions
o Interface between customers and internal specialists
Your profile
ā¢ Training or good technical knowledge in electrical engineering, electrical technology or automation
ā¢ Experience in sales (field service or office-based) or high motivation for a commercial role
ā¢ Business fluent in German and French (spoken and written)
ā¢ Customer-oriented, solution-oriented and communicative
ā¢ Independent, organised and flexible
ā¢ Category B driving licence required
