Field Service Engineer (robotics & machines)

Scope of position:

Support and repair at end-user’s, agent’s and MTB’s, hotline support
Technical and Service support, including training and small applications
Answer to requests, questions and complaints from our customers
Support the Service and Finance team with efficient data supply
Promoting Service products at customers
Daily communication with the office
Administrative duties (service reports, time sheets, expenses, team schedule, NPS, etc.)
Keep up to date on new technologies and products

Education:

Technical background (preferably with HF)
At least 5 years of professional experience
Mother language German or French and knowledge of English
