Thermal deburring - quickly and safely
TEM stands for Thermal Deburring Method or also often known as explosion deburring. We use this process to deburr your workpieces on a contract basis.
In a sealed off combustion chamber, a mixture of oxygen and fuel gas surrounds and passes trough components and is ignited. By burning the burrs at a high temperature of some milliseconds, all difficult to reach burrs and unwanted particles on surfaces are completely removed as well as burrs in crossing bores. A high process reliability and economic profit distinguish the TEM deburring method and complicated processes such as hand deburring are completely or partially eliminated.
