BIG KAISER, a global leader in premium high-precision tooling systems and solutions for the metalworking industries, announces the Hydraulic Chuck Ultra Precision, a new hydraulic chuck that is ideal for all machine shops that require the lowest possible runout for their high-precision milling.
Due to the hydraulic clamping system, which ensures excellent concentricity, the runout is extremely low – guaranteed to be less than 1 micron in 4D. This ultra-low runout stays at this precise level, even after intensive use, whereas shrink holders from competitors become less accurate after each clamping.
