New Electrical Discharge Machining Machine:

The latest generator technology allows for a smaller gap between sparks, resulting in a more precise and faster operation, meeting increased productivity and speed requirements. We can vary the sparking power of the electrodes both at the front and laterally. Sparking power increases only when necessary, which also helps preserve the electrodes and adds to the economic benefits.

Linear glass scales eliminate all common errors such as play, expansion, and wear.

Positioning resolution: 50 nm

We manufacture all our electrodes in-house on high-precision milling centers with tolerances of ±0.002mm. High-speed machining centers work with two loading robots.
