Installation of a lubrication system on a bottling machine
DropsA has utilized its lubrication expertise for “Barida International”, a company located in Canelle (AT) that produces bottling machinery for the oenological sector.
This was the first time that a company operating in the oenological sector installed this type of automatic lubrication system on a bottling machine.
The solution was designed to meet the specific needs of the customer, which required an automatic lubrication system capable of constantly delivering a precise amount of lubricant.
The machine on which the DropsA lubrication system was installed is called the “Isobaric filling Monobloc”, and has the function of rinsing bottles, filling them, and the final capping process, utilizing three different capping systems: screw, plastic welding, or “stelvin” (or screw cap).
The end user of the machine is a winery located in California.
AUTOMATIC GREASE LUBRICATION SYSTEM
Based on the characteristics of the machinery and the customer’s requirements, an automatic grease lubrication system was installed, capable of constantly providing the proper amount of lubricant to the points of rotation and at the bearings of the machine, facilitating the precise movement of the machine’s mechanical parts.
This system reduces personnel manual interventions and maintenance downtime.
Through this type of lubrication system, it was possible to fully satisfy the customer requirements, adapting to the machine’s application needs.
