MDC – Production data from Mazak machines
Most Mazak cnc machines provide data without MTConnect.
Due to the fact that MTConnect often has to be retrofitted, this means an enormous cost saving. As part of a customer project, Quinx has developed a driver for Mazak machines. This driver reads out the data via the existing Ethernet interface. The data is available to other applications via QMIP (Quinx Manufacturing Information Platform). QMIP stores the data on a local server as standard.
