New manager for Charly Veya
Yann Duscher joins MPS Watch, the watchmaking division of the MPS Group, as Manager of the subsidiary Charly Veya SA in Glovelier.
He will succeed Alain and Cyrille Veya from November 1st, 2024. The Veya brothers will remain with the company to ensure a smooth transition before their retirement.
Trained as a precision mechanic, Yann Duscher began his career in stamping. He subsequently held positions as technical manager, then sales and marketing manager in well-known industrial companies in the Jura.
“I'm looking forward to revitalizing and developing this flagship stamping company with the support of the Veya brothers and the MPS teams. We have big plans together!” the future director announced. Duscher will be responsible for maintaining contact with Charly Veya SA customers, and will also be involved in the MPS Watch sales team.
With this appointment, MPS Watch intends to perpetuate and develop its subsidiary Charly Veya SA, which specializes in stamping for the manufacture of watch cases and oscillating weights. “Our products are successful. The priorities for the new management will therefore be to increase oscillating weight production capacity, deploy state-of-the-art production methods and intensify partnerships with our customers. We have a major development plan,” announces Frédéric Chautems, Managing Director of MPS Watch.
