Precise cut-off grinding, chamfer grinding and sorting of smallest round rods
The HMT-SF micro is a fully automated system which was specially developed for the cut-off grinding and chamfering of the smallest round bars made of a wide variety of materials (hard metal, HSS, ceramics, etc.). Due to the convenient loading from the outside, production can continue and does not lead to downtimes. After the cutting/bevel grinding process, the cut parts are conveyed to the removal station via a suction device. Good parts are sorted out and cut-offs are collected in a separate container.
