Automation of a deburring cell for precision parts intended for diesel engine injectors. The complete functions include loading/unloading of parts, demagnetisation, cleaning by ultrasonic bath, quality control by camera and ERP traceability of each part produced.

The special feature of this ambitious project is that it includes 3 Stäubli TX60 robots operating in parallel to perform all the required functions on a single cell.
