SIAMS Newsletter #info - Create email signatures automatically
SIAMS offers several options for indicating your participation on e-mail signatures.
The first option is to display the SIAMS logo and manually add the hall and stand numbers.
You can find instructions for this solution here.
Instead of simply displaying the SIAMS logo and manual entries, you also have the option of automatically generating an image including your logo and hall and stand numbers.

Once you have logged on to the SIAMS website with your login details, go to the "advertising material" tab. At the bottom you will find the new button "Click here to generate your signature by e-mail".
And that's it!
For the system to work, you must first insert your logo under the "text and logo" tab (if you did it the first time for the website or the customised poster, you don't need to do it again).
To insert the image in your e-mail signature, follow the same instructions as above.
