With special software to calculate profile dimensions and simulate machining processes, we can design the gear profile of our gear hobs to meet your requirements.
Due to the logarithmic relief angle grinding, our gear cutters are constant in shape. Thanks to our patented grinding technology, which is calibrated based on the relation of the outside diameter to the number of teeth, we can produce fine pitch-toothed profiles with up to 200 teeth.
