The Path to a Customized Protection System
Lestoprex and HEMA Maschinen- und Apparateschutz GmbH offer tailor-made protection systems designed to meet the unique requirements of each customer. The process begins with a request from a machine manufacturer or operator, followed by clarification of key details such as functionality, dimensions, and installation position. For complex projects, a site visit or use of a 3D model of the machine is conducted. The project team then develops a CAD model to select the best materials and components. For intricate needs, the 3D model is coordinated with the customer. After prototype approval, series production begins. In addition to delivery, service and maintenance are provided to ensure long-term protection. Regardless of complexity, each protection system is a custom solution, with standard parts used to ensure quick availability.
