You want your human resources manager (or one of their colleagues) to be able to publish job offers on the SIAMS information portal without having access to the rest of your profile (e.g. trade fair data).
Tutorial: creating an account for job offers
This HR employee seems very pleased to be able to post job offers on the SIAMS information portal. All he has to do now is file his documents ;o).
You want your human resources manager (or one of their colleagues) to be able to publish job offers on the SIAMS information portal without having access to the rest of your profile (e.g. trade fair data).
This is possible.
The tutorial below describes the procedure for creating an account that allows job offers to be posted.
Here's how to create an account for your HR specialist.
Log in with your usual login details and select ‘Collaborators’.
Then select ‘New’.
Fill in the required fields. With the new platform, you can choose the roles and options assigned to each person:
- Publishing news
- Publishing job offers
- Scanning and/or filling in visit reports on the stand
(Simply tick the desired boxes.)
Your designated employees will then receive an email with a link to confirm their email address and create a password. They will then be able to perform operations according to their assigned roles.
Once the password has been created, your colleagues can log in to the system. They are identified in the top right-hand corner and the left-hand side of the screen shows their ‘access rights’ to the various options (depending on assigned roles).
