Our grinding-wheels can be used dry or with oil or water.
In general, harder grinding-wheels should be used for large workpieces than for small ones. The grinding-wheel should be harder for angles and edges than for surfaces. To obtain the same grinding effect, a coarser grinding-wheel should be used for a hard material than for a soft one. Despite the more rapid wear, a soft grinding-wheel gives better results than a hard one. A soft grinding wheel gives better results if it turns at a high speed.
