Loading heavy workpieces automatically and reliably onto processing machines places some demands on the handling system. Small batch and mixed workpiece sizes as well as different machining techniques require flexible production systems. Set-up during machining and automatic loading of the machines significantly reduce machine downtimes.
The EROWA LoadMaster Compact is one of the most successful automation systems for transfer weights from 500 kg to 4000 kg. Designed as a modular system, the LoadMaster Compact is adapted to the current needs of the customer or his production process. The loading of a single machine or the interlinking of several processing machines can be easily managed due to the modular design.
As a global supplier of robot systems for highly flexible production cells and lines, and with the experience from over 4,000 installed automation systems in the metalworking industry, EROWA is the ideal partner to support LoadMaster pallet handling systems.
The modular design of the systems allows for specifically adapted production requirements. Further machines need to be integrated? Do you need more storage space for pallets? An additional pallet size is needed in addition to the existing ones? Everything is possible.
The MultiFork system reliably holds pallets with different external dimensions. The MultiFork gripper is the plausible answer to the requirement to move different pallet sizes with one handling device.
Setup stations are available in different versions. Accessible with integrated safety technology, or operated from the outside with access via smart revolving doors, or with extendable work table to ensure optimum accessibility.
