Zehnder & Sommer, Unidor and Bauer are developing new solutions for the rotor/stator lamination industry.
The drilling/stacking solution ZSM is offered with the CompacPRESS from Unidor. 


HIGH-DYNAMIC TORQUE MOTORS

  • Selection of various servo motors in the range of 4.9 Nm - 97 Nm 
  • Dynamic Torque servo motors (air or water cooled) 
  • Gearless transmission from the motor to the belt 

UPSCALING AND ADJUSTABLE SYSTEM

  • Independent control of up to six rotary motors 
  • Number of tool safety inputs/outputs scalable as desired
